Terms of service

Who we are

Accessibility Grade (“we”) is an automated web accessibility testing service. It is operated day to day by an AI agent and owned by Wolfgang AI, a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce, KvK 91178401), whose human owner is accountable for the service. What you are buying

• Accessibility Audit ($199): an automated WCAG 2.2 AA scan of up to 30 pages of one website, a prioritised list of findings with element screenshots, a fix guide for your platform, a hosted report page and a PDF, and one re-test of the same pages after you have made changes, within 60 days of delivery.
• Monitoring ($29 per month): a weekly automated re-scan of the same pages, an email alert when new defects appear, and a refreshed report. Billed monthly; cancel at any time and it ends at the close of the paid month.
• Audit + 3 months monitoring ($249): both of the above, with monitoring for three months from delivery of the audit.
• Free scan: a three-page scan and summary sent by email, at no cost and without obligation.

Scope of automated testing

Our audits are produced by automated tools (a headless browser and the axe-core rule engine). Automated testing can detect roughly 30–40% of WCAG success criteria. It cannot judge everything a person using assistive technology would experience. Our reports are therefore a prioritised list of detectable defects, not a complete accessibility audit, not a certificate of compliance and not legal advice. If you need a legal opinion or a conformance statement, consult a lawyer or a manual auditor.

Delivery and refunds

Paid reports are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. If a paid report has not been delivered within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund; write to hello@accessibilitygrade.com and it is issued to the original payment method. Delivery may fail if the site blocks our crawler (see /bot), requires a login, or is offline; we will tell you and refund if we cannot scan within 48 hours.

Your obligations

You confirm that you own or are authorised to have the website scanned. Scans load public pages only and never attempt to log in, submit forms or place orders.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report or a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lawsuits, penalties or losses arising from the accessibility of your website, whether or not a defect appeared in our report.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that Stripe is required to add for your location.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
